Dr Nicolette Binz has a PhD in medical sciences and specialises in personal and team coaching, as well as behavioural profiling. Her 25 years of experience across biomedical research, leadership development and behavioural profiling enable her to work with individuals and businesses to unlock their potential. Over the course of her research career she has held senior research positions in organisations such as the Lions Eye Institute, the Australian Neuromuscular Research Institute and Murdoch University.
Nicolette's passion is to support individuals, teams and organisations in unlocking their full potential. She is able to identify and break through thought patterns that represent barriers to success and fulfillment, providing novel perspectives and approaches to existing challenges. Through her academic and research background Nicolette brings in-depth rigour to every coaching and consultancy situation. Her international accreditation in the Extended DISC® behavioural profiling tool makes her a coaching specialist in individual and team behavioural profiling. This supports businesses in recruitment, work pair support and team development.
